In compliance with the duty of information contained in article 10 of Law 34/2002,
on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (Ley 34/2002, de Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información y del Comercio Electrónico), DOS MIL PALABRAS S.L. (hereinafter, also the “Provider” or “OKDIARIO“), as owner of the website www.okdiario.com (hereinafter, the “Website“), makes available to users this document that regulates the use of said Website.
Likewise, all users are informed about the conditions of access and use of the Website, including its contents and services, which must be read carefully and will be applicable, together with other specific conditions that may be exposed to the User, during the provision of the services.

The following are the conditions and terms that will govern the use of and access to content and services by the User.
2. Conditions of access and use of the Website
Any person who accesses this website will be considered a user (hereinafter the “User”), who, by making such access, it is understood that they accept, expressly and voluntarily, the provisions included in this Legal Notice and Terms of Use, as well as any other legal provisions that may be applicable in their relationship with the Provider. The provision of services by OKDIARIO through the Website is paid, although Users may access the content free of charge by accepting cookies, in accordance with our General Subscription Conditions. If you choose to accept cookies, we will use them to show personalized advertising based on the tastes and previous browsing of our Users, so they will only receive advertisements that are relevant.

User guarantees the authenticity of the data communicated through the forms provided on the website and will be considered solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements made and for any damages caused to the Provider or to third parties.
Only a single Registered User account shall be generated for each e-mail address submitted. User shall be fully responsible for the secure use of their passwords, as well as for any unlawful conduct carried out with that account.
Use and contracting of services through the Website by minors without adult supervision is strictly prohibited. OKDIARIO will not be responsible for the
improper use of the Website by a minor.
In order to use the services, minors must have the consent of their parents, guardians or legal representatives, who are ultimately responsible for all acts
carried out by the minors in their care; without the Provider being held responsible in this regard. In the event that OKDIARIO detects users who may be
under fourteen years of age, the Provider reserves the right to request the authorisation of their legal guardians.
The access and use of the Website by the User is under his/her sole responsibility. To this end, the User undertakes to make appropriate use of the Website and its contents, refraining from using them for illicit or prohibited purposes, harmful to the rights or interests of OKDIARIO or third parties, infringing intellectual and/or industrial property rights, or that in any way may damage, disable, overload, Deteriorate or prevent the normal use of computer equipment or documents, files and all kinds of content stored on any computer equipment of the provider.

Provider is exempt from any type of liability arising from the information published on this Website, provided that this information has been manipulated or
introduced by an external third party. OKDIARIO will only be responsible for the content and information on the Website created and developed by the Provider, without assuming responsibility for altered content, generated or published by third parties or on other websites that are not its own.
OKDIARIO will not assume any kind of responsibility for the content or aspects of third-party websites linked by links, buttons or any other means available on the Website, which are managed by third parties unrelated to OKDIARIO.
OKDIARIO informs the User that the contents of the Website can only be used for a purpose that is not commercial or professional. These uses will require prior authorisation from the Provider in any case.

The Website enables the User to interact by publishing comments on OKDIARIO news and content. To do so, Users must have previously registered and identified themselves and comply, in any case, with the provisions of the Website’s Comments and Social Networks Policy, which will be available at the time of identification and registration.
Website’s Comments and Social Networks Policy sets out the rules of participation that must be complied with by any registered User who publishes
comments on our Website or Social Networks, knowing that OKDIARIO reserves the right to delete comments that do not comply with it and even delete or disable the offending User’s registration account.

All content on the Website is duly protected by intellectual and industrial property regulations.
Total or partial reproduction, use, transformation, distribution and/or public communication require prior written authorisation from OKDIARIO, and its use
without prior authorisation and without the mere use of the Website implying the transfer of intellectual or industrial property rights being illegal.
However, the User may use and obtain a copy of the contents of the Website only for personal, educational and non-commercial or professional purposes; in all cases they must respect the provisions herein and the intellectual and industrial property rights of OKDIARIO. On the other hand, for the purposes of the provisions of article 32.1 of the Intellectual Property Law (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/1996, de 12 de abril, por el
que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de Propiedad Intelectual, regularizando, aclarando y armonizando las disposiciones legales vigentes sobre la materia), the Provider expressly opposes that the contents of the Website may be the subject of compilations of journalistic articles that basically consist of their mere reproduction and that such activity is carried out for commercial purposes. In any case, the reproduction, distribution or public communication, in whole or in part, of isolated journalistic articles in a press kit that takes place within any organisation will require the authorisation of the rights holders.
OKDIARIO is not responsible for the use that third parties may make of the content or images protected by intellectual property rights. Violations and
infringements, by Users or third parties, of OKDIARIO’s intellectual and industrial property rights, may give rise to the exercise of the corresponding legal actions in each case for the correct safeguarding of such rights.
8. Contests, Sweepstakes, and Promotions
OKDIARIO reserves the right to hold contests and promotions in which Users may participate. The rules of each of them will be published, in compliance with the applicable regulations.
9. Modification of the Terms
OKDIARIO reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the presentation and setting of the Website and these Legal Terms and Conditions, which will be applicable from the moment of their publication for all new accesses, without their retroactive application being possible.
However, the duty to inform users will be fulfilled by publishing them on this Website. The User acknowledges and accepts that it will be their responsibility to periodically review this Legal Notice in the event of possible modifications to the Conditions, so that the latest version applicable to each access made is known.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The relationship between OKDIARIO and the User, as well as the Website in general, will be governed by current regulations and the common laws of Spanish law.
For cases in which the regulations provide for the possibility for the parties to submit to a jurisdiction, and provided that the User does not have the status of consumer in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, de 16 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios y otras leyes complementarias), the parties agree, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, to expressly submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid to resolve any controversy arising from the interpretation or
execution of this Legal Notice”.
